Registration

Please complete the form to register for ISAAC 2025. The registration deadline is November 30, 2025 (AoE).

Important! Before registering, please pay the registration fee via our Payment Website. After payment, please keep your Serial Number handy for registration.

For the accommodation on Dec 6, we have reserved a limited number of rooms with special discounts for participants at the Academic Activity Center, Academia Sinica, Taipei. Please use the link to book your room by November 14 (first come, first served).

Please note that transportation from Taipei (the workshop venue) to Tainan (the conference venue) will be arranged for all participants via the Taiwan High Speed Rail.

There will be no on-site registration.
For every accepted paper, at least one author must register.

Registration Fees

Early Registration (until October 26, AoE)

  • Regular NTD 15,500
  • Student NTD 9,300

Late Registration (until November 30, AoE)

  • Regular NTD 18,600
  • Student NTD 12,400

The registration fee includes admission to all sessions of ISAAC 2025, the workshop on December 7, lunch from December 7 to 10, and a ticket to the conference dinner banquet on December 9.

You may purchase one additional banquet ticket (NTD 2,000) during payment, for a maximum of two tickets per registration. If you need more than two tickets, please contact us via email.

Student registration is available only for full-time students. If you register as a student, you must provide a valid certificate from your university and present it at the symposium front desk.
